the staff was helpful in pointing out nearby attractions and the location suited my needs.
The room was smaller than i expected, especially considering the price. It felt cramped. the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell. I suspect the ventilation needs attention. also, i could hear street noise late into the night.

I really liked the location. It's close to great shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. they spent time helping me get tickets to events and navigating through the city. they really enhanced my stay.
the mini bar menu was a bit unclear. i thought it included only beverages, but i was later charged for the snacks. i am happy to pay. the service could be improved by making the menu clearer. it isn't fun to feel like i owe something or stole something.

I loved the location. It made exploring the city easy. The proximity to everything was so handy! The staff offered fantastic service. They were always ready to assist with any questions. I found the room very clean, and the housekeeping ensured everything was super clean each day.
The rooftop bar had limited hours, a bit disappointing.
